Use the same Google account as your phone’s Play Store. Step 2 only works after step 1; if Play says the app isn’t available, wait a few minutes and try again.

Questions

Is there an iPhone version?

Not yet. Homestead HQ is Android only for now, and the iPhone version isn’t available yet. You can still try the demo in any browser.

How long should I keep it installed?

Please keep the app installed and stay in the tester group for at least 14 days. Google only approves the app for public release after enough testers stay opted in for 14 days in a row, so every day counts.

Does it really cost nothing?

It’s free during the beta, and beta testers keep it free forever.

Does it need internet or an account?

No. Your records are saved on your phone, so it works in the barn, the back pasture, anywhere. There’s nothing to sign up for.

How do I send feedback or report a bug?

Email support@myhomesteadhq.com. A real person reads every message, and tester feedback shapes what gets built next.
